Apricot
- Their bright orange colour indicates that they are rich in beta-carotene, which the body turns into anti-viral Vitamin A.
- Helpful for those people suffering from infection, particularly of the respiratory tract.
- Dried apricots supply iron and produce haemoglobin, which is helpful with those suffering anaemia.

Blueberries
- Contain therapeutic agents lethal to bacteria, especially E.coli.
- Excellent remedy for urinary tract infections and diarrhea. The tannins contained in the fruit are said to kill microbes.
- Contain high levels of antioxidants, which are believed to protect against heart disease, stroke, cancer and gum disease and enhance eyesight.

Papaya or Pawpaw
- They are high in vitamin C, magnesium, iron, copper, and manganese. They are a good source of potassium and several essential amino acids, and they also contain significant amounts of riboflavin, niacin, calcium, phosphorus, and zinc.
- Pawpaws contain these nutrients in amounts that are generally about the same as or greater than those found in bananas, apples, or oranges.

Cucumber

Tomato

- Lycopene is what gives tomatoes that vibrant red colour, which may help reducing the risk of cancer, esp. prostatic, breast and lung.
- Red, ripe tomatoes can have 4 times more beta-carotene than green immature tomatoes.
