Fish available includes;

Barrumundi Fillets from the pristine waters of the Northern Territory. They are FREE of chemicals.

Silver Perch Fillets- Certified Organic. These are from Northern NSW.

Baby Smoked Salmon. This is cured for a day in a ntural brine solution which includes 12 selected herbs and spices. It is slowly smoked at a high temperature thus creating a moist flaky texture combined with an exceptionally delicate smoked flavour and an after taste on the palate that will be memorable.

Each fish is vacuum packed with a shelf life of 6 weeks.
